In 1922 the Barnes Museum was featured in an article in Country Homes magazine. The article included numerous photos of the beautifully landscaped grounds of the Museum – then the home of Bradley and Leila Barnes. Now, due to the generousity and ingenuity of Eagle Scout candidate Leon Jeremy Peschel, the grounds are being restored to some of their former glory. As his Eagle Scout project Leon designed and planted a new Victorian style garden at the Barnes. Stop by to see this garden and watch as more plants are added during the spring and summer months.
